For clients who are opening a new language centre or for those who are running an established centre who are focusing on providing quality services for their students. International House Sydney – TTPC, with more than 15 years experience in running language centres, can provide an expert assessment of the quality and effectiveness of your operation’s educational programmes, student services, facilities, resources and centre procedures and systems.
For new centres, our consultants can either develop the procedures and programmes for the client or audit the centre’s proposed plans. Clients will have the confidence of starting their business from a solid quality base. In more established centres our consultants will monitor the current procedures and advise on areas of strength and need. This provides the opportunity to objectively review the quality and effectiveness of their entire educational and business operations.
Each quality assurance visit will include:
• consultation with the client to define the scope
• observation, monitoring and auditing of the services, programmes, facilities, resources and procedures
• a comprehensive report with key recommendations.
Following receipt of our Quality Assurance Assessment Report, our consultants can train and advise educational and administrative staff in the set up of all aspects of a new teaching operation or the improvement of existing systems to be more effective.
These programmes will typically include training in the following areas:
• student enrolment systems
• product range, description and modes of delivery
• purchase and use of resources
• staffing, timetabling and staff induction programmes
• evaluation and assessment tools for staff and clients
• providing quality service and client care.
